ARTEMIS is proud to introduce the ART-MFI20, a high-performance Melt Flow Indexer engineered for the rigorous quality control requirements of the polymer industry. Melt Flow Index (MFI) remains a critical parameter for material validation, measuring the mass flow rate (g/10min) of molten polymers under controlled temperature and pressure through a precision orifice.

The ART-MFI20 combines robust mechanical engineering with a sophisticated 7” touchscreen interface and a dedicated microprocessor, ensuring full compliance with Method A of leading international test standards.

• Integrated Auto-Cut System: Ensures accurate and repeatable sample weights by extruding samples at precise, user-defined intervals.

• Streamlined Calculations: Test results are derived by entering the mean weight of extruded samples directly into the microprocessor.
