By measuring the mass flow rate ($g/10min$) of molten polymers under strictly controlled temperature and pressure conditions, the ART-MFI30 provides essential data for ensuring material consistency and processability.
 

Advanced Technical Architecture

The ART-MFI30 is built around a dedicated microprocessor and an intuitive 7” touchscreen interface, offering a seamless user experience. To ensure the highest level of data integrity, the system features a 10k PPR rotary encoder, providing ultra-precise piston displacement measurements required for Method B, C, and D testing.

• Compliance: Fully conforms to International Standards for Methods A, B, and C (and Method D/FRR with the optional pneumatic weight loader).

• Automation: Integrated Auto-Cut Device ensures accurate, repeatable sample weights at programmed intervals, eliminating operator variance.

• Comprehensive Analytics: Beyond standard MFR and MVR, the system calculates Viscosity, Shear Stress, Shear Rate, and Intrinsic Viscosity.

• Intelligent Software: Test parameters are stored for rapid recall, while the included LABLogic+ platform enables real-time graphical analysis and data harvesting.

The ART-MFI30 is delivered as a "turn-key" solution, supplied with all necessary components to begin testing immediately upon installation:

• Tooling: Standard discharge piston, precision test die, and 2.16kg test load.

• Verification: A Die Go/No-Go gauge and graduated filling cylinder for routine calibration checks.

• Maintenance Kit: Comprehensive cleaning set including specialized rods, die tools, wire brushes, and industrial-grade cleaning cloths to maintain barrel integrity.
