Melt Flow Index (MFI) remains the critical benchmark for material quality control, providing the essential mass flow rate ($g/10min$) data required to ensure polymer consistency under precise thermal and pressure conditions.
 

The ART-MFI20WL is engineered for high-reproducibility testing, featuring a dedicated microprocessor and an intuitive 7” touchscreen interface. Fully compliant with Method A of international testing standards, the system streamlines the transition from raw sample to actionable data.
 

Optimized Operational Efficiency

• Automated Sample Management: An integrated high-precision auto-cut device ensures samples are extruded at exact intervals, delivering consistent and repeatable sample weights for analysis.

• Intuitive Calculation & Storage: Results are calculated instantly by inputting mean sample weights into the microprocessor. Users can define high/low tolerance thresholds for internal QA/QC and recall stored test parameters for rapid setup.

• Advanced Connectivity: Data is displayed in real-time and can be seamlessly exported to our proprietary LABLogic+ software platform for comprehensive reporting and auditing.
   

Comprehensive Standard Configuration

The ART-MFI20WL is delivered as a "turnkey" solution, equipped with everything required for immediate operation:

• Pneumatic Weight Loader: Reduces operator fatigue and ensures consistent load application.

• Standard Tooling: Includes a precision discharge piston, calibrated test die, and a 2.16kg test load.

• Maintenance Suite: A full cleaning kit comprising a cleaning rod, die tool, wire brush, and cotton cloths, alongside a Go/No-Go gauge for die verification and a graduated filling cylinder.

• Corrosive Material Option: For testing PVC and other chemically aggressive polymers, we offer optional Hastelloy barrel, piston, and die components.
